Reservation policy
Reservations and payments
Guests must be at least 19 years old to make a reservation. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability or a specific site, cottage, or location until confirmed by Poche Plantation. No deposit is required. Cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted. Rates, taxes, discounts, and availability are subject to confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
Contact the office as soon as possible to change or cancel a stay. Eligible cancellations are handled as reservation credits rather than cash refunds. Credit eligibility, expiration, and any other applicable terms must be confirmed with the office.
Quiet hours and conduct
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests must respect neighboring sites, facilities, staff, and other visitors. Indoor smoking and littering are prohibited.
Vehicles and visitors
Up to three vehicles are permitted per reservation, subject to the space available at the assigned site or accommodation. Overflow parking is available. Overnight visitors must register with the office and are charged $20 per night.
Pets
Poche Plantation is pet friendly and does not charge a pet fee or deposit. Pets must remain leashed outside designated fenced areas, and owners must clean up after them and maintain control at all times.
Equipment, fires, and outdoor use
Golf carts, generators, grills, and fire pits are permitted when operated safely and in accordance with staff directions and current site conditions. Tent sites do not include individual fire rings. Fires and outdoor cooking are allowed only in designated areas.
Extended stays
Weekly and monthly stays are available year-round. Mail and packages may be received during an extended stay. Guests should confirm any stay-specific instructions with the office.
